The product is very beautifull gave it as a gift to my wife she loves it. It shipped from Ireland on time no delays and in perfect condition. Some one took the time to carefully pack it . Thank you very much keep up the wonderful work .

The pitcher is on tilt... it leans backwards and is visibly obvious when you physically have the product in hand. The bottom portion next to the bottom part of the handle is narrow at the back causing the whole pitcher to lean backwards. It is disappointing to pay for something online and when you get it, you find it isn't visually what you thought it was going to look like. Love the weave, love the hand painting, but sad that the whole pitcher tilts backwards. This won't stop me from using it. Likely they all tilt backwards, this could be their style. Might be my own ignorance but Looks a little off kilter to me.
