This product is absolutely flawless. It was an anniversary gift for my parents who adore Knock and regularly visit the shrine. The product arrived well packaged for transport and was in a lovely presentation box. The gold paint adds a special decadence to the statue and its simplistic design is very elegant. Also the communication and assistance from customer services, even in these difficult times, was excellent.
