The sandwich tray was purchased as a gift to perform a dual duty - as a tray for displaying the creamer and sugar (and hopefully the teapot too) until needed for sandwiches. It’s too pretty to hide away in a cupboard.

I can't begin to describe how lovely this piece of china is. It has a delicacy and a sturdiness at the same time. The shamrocks give just the right touch of color and decoration, and the sandwiches served on it look even more appetizing. Can't wait to get more pieces!
