Do you send an email when the product is on its way, if so will I be able to track it.
I have already bought this item from an English store, and the box was slightly damaged, (as it was a housewarming gift I kept it) I was pleased otherwise and now need another one, are these items examined before being sent, so I wont get another damaged box.

Hi, there! I am looking for a cutlery set and this one looks nice. I have two questions,though. On the website you say "handmade in Ireland", but then answering a question made y another client, you say the product is not made in Ireland. Where is it made, after all? I would also like to know how thick the set is; in other words, is it heavy enough? Cheers.

No problem. This particular piece is not made in Ireland. We do not have the capability to manufacture cutlery at this time. However, it has been designed by our in house designers so you get the same great result.
