I love my mugs, my problem is with your packing as two out of the four were broken on arrival and I'm still waiting my replacements.

We are active users of many Belleek products and we have had a set of these mugs since about 2007. This new set, while nice, well made and well balanced, is not as nice as the earlier set. The new set is less fine and heavier, more like crockery; not quite what I expected from Belleek. Perhaps the lower price reflected that.

Purchased this mug set at the offer price of £14.95. Had I paid the alleged full asking price I would have returned them for a refund without a doubt. The mugs are very, very ordinary. I wasn't sure what to expect but when I undid the packaging and saw the product my immediate reaction was 'Is that it?'. Very disappointing. Sorry, but there you have it.
