I received this carafe as part of my order and o opening it, found a slight chip on the rim. I contacted Belleek immediately and spoke to Dearbhia who apologized and arranged to send me a replacement, which I have now received and is perfect. it is a very nice carafe and well worth the money.
I'm very pleased with the Clarity Carafe & I'm sure my friend will love this as a Christmas gift. Easy to order on line, good delivery time & very well packaged to protect from breakage.
