The quality of the product was excellent, as would be expected of a Galway crystal bell. BUT, the saying that was promised to accompany the bell, was not included. We made contact to rectify this problem, and received no response. Therefore product quality was excellent, service was less than expected from a quality distributor.

Purchased this for a newly married young couple. The bell is lovely and comes very well packaged with a small card describing the meaning of the Make Up bell. As expected the parcel took quite a while to reach Australia which was fine.
This was the only Make Up bell I could find anywhere. Would be great if there was perhaps a choice of 2 or 3 bells to choose from. While the shipping of $50 aud was very expensive to Aus, the cost of the crystal was way cheaper than it would have been in Aus. Very happy with my purchase.
This is my go to for children of friends. Always well received. Beautiful product!
