It was bought as a retirement gift for our Vicar. Our parish church is called St Patrick's. We have some Celtic crosses in our churchyard. We felt it was rather appropriate and fitting gift to give with the shamrocks on it also. The gift was very well received - thank you.

Two of my friends are of Irish descent and love being so. I bought two of theses as I wanted to thank them this Christmas for being so kind to me when I was hospitalized for a while. They brought food over and little thoughtful gifts and, most of all their prayers. I am fully recovered now. I know they will absolutely love this ornament and cherish it the rest of their lives--and so will their children.
