After visiting Ireland, for the first time, I regretted not being able to make it to the Belleek factory. Upon my return home to the States, I visited your website and purchased a number of gifts for my family, including the tea set which I purchased for myself. It arrived promptly, in gorgeous boxes and in perfect condition. The tea set is beautiful! I will cherish it forever. I also have great accolades to give to your customer service department. I had trouble making the code for the first time purchase work. It was refunded to me. I entire experience was wonderful. Thank you.
