I brought these gin glasses for my daughter for her friend, that’s getting engaged never heard of you the product and she loves the glasses.

My fault entirely for placing the order on my phone while watching TV, but I was surprised when eventually 8 glasses turned up in a massive cardboard box when I thought I had only ordered 4.glasses.
They of course they are sold in pairs.
I was disappointed about the time they eventually took to arrive and if I remember correctly your website was not easy to get an ETA for a delivery date or a progress report.
I can honestly say that I was induced to buy by the price reduction, I suspect this was offered as it was not one of your best selling lines.
I am not that crazy about the design in truth (my fault again) and I would not rush to get a repeat order.
This being hardly likely when I have 4 additional glasses in the cupboard to remind me of my error ordering.
Please note I now know there is a difference between cut glass and crystal glass.
Finally I would like to give the highest mark for the packaging,, it was very secure and certainly there was no expense spared there the box was big enough to hold half a sack of potatoes, but I did enjoy popping the countless plastic air bag protectors
( think bubble wrap on a massive scale )., it did take me back many years to my childhood.
Ordered two sets of these beautiful glasses as an engagement gift. Ordering was easy and customer service were excellent when I had to speak to them. The glasses were delivered quickly and they are so gorgeous. Thank you
