item was easy to order, arrived on time , was well packed, and when opened the item was well wrapped again, The case that the cutlery is in is very nice and would sit well on any surface. The cutlery itself is good quality, I would certainly recommend the item.

Lovely set, bought for my daughters wedding present - exactly what they wanted. Box arrived damaged and they sent a replacement immediately- great service
They were thin and lightweight. Box glamorous but product mmmmm ……….they were too lightweight …looked chunky but balance just mmmmmmm okay but would not buy again.. okay for everyday but cost a bit high didn’t want paying for box over cutlery quality. Useable basic. Not worthy of box representation unless you wanted a present to look good .

This is the 9th 72 piece cutlery set I have bought - wedding presents for nieces and nephews over the years. The presentation box is great and when visiting any of said nieces or nephews it looks really good in dining room/area. All recipients have been delighted with their gift and love the way it finishes off their table when they have people round for meals/celebrations particularly when up to 12 at the tables. Impressive.

Bought this as a present for ourselves and put it away. Only opened it recently to find one of the desert knives was missing. The plastic presentation was damaged where the knife should have been Very disappointed

The canteen of cutlery was absolutely beautiful, packaged well and the box was so beautiful too except for a few scratches and smear marks on the top and metal clasps tarnished. The bottom drawer was difficult to pull out and put back in again , I got on to Belleek and explained about the box, they were so personable and helpful and are sending me a new box next week. I think this is my 6th time of buying this cutlery set, wedding presents for nephews and nieces. Always really well received and so nice to have everything in the one case neatly laid out. It can be stashed away and easily retrieved when needed for that special occasion. It enhances a decorated table and a lovely meal. There is no need to wash cutlery between courses etc. A great hit with all recipients.
Beautiful canteen of cutlery. Really good quality. Arrived safely and timely. No broken edges to the case or internal dividers as mentioned by others. I got this at a much reduced price so I am more than happy with my purchase.
High quality 18.10 set in beautiful canteen. The liner which holds the cutlery is a little flimsy but neither of mine were cracked in transit as some have reported. The set itself is nicely balanced and has a good heft to it, should give many years of use bought two sets as first will be everyday second set will be for special occasions. Only negative point is that it would be great if Belleek produced more than just serving spoons in the same pattern to compliment this lovely cutlery set. Over all it's a big thumbs up from me especially as the price was very reasonable considering the quality.
