Everything arrived safely and in tact however it was left sitting at the front door for a while as the tracking information didn't update! Very happy with the products but would love a gravy boat and can't see it on the website 😆

Really lovely dinner set and great quality heavy plates too.
Had to have dinner plates changed due to inclusions in glazing. The when arranging set together the side plates look more of a blue than the green that the rest looks that we ordered, after pointing it out to customer service. I was told this is normal. I normally purchase Demby that I never had problems with. I would have been better picking up a set from B&M. I thought I was ordering a quality brand.
Had a slight problem with a few brokens in the initial delivery and then the replacements were a slightly different shade, but enough to notice. Dearbhla got it all sorted though. We're delighted with the new set.
Beautiful set, do wish they were available to buy separately though as I’d like more dinner plates! I have also purchased the matching pasta bowls, they are all really nice 🥰

Unfortunately four tea plates were broken but had them replaced quite promptly. Then the problem was the replacement plates did not match the other pieces of the set! I was able to exchange the full set for a new one at my local Beleek living store. Customer services certainly were 1st class in sorting out the problems.
I had originally bought a set of 12 from a local shop & decided to order another set online with the discount direct from Belleek. The set i received had a more definite colour & speckle on the plates which i really liked. Wish we had purchased everything direct from Belleek . Delivery was quick & every item was well packed.

It's a lovely dinner set. Good size plates and bowls. Easy to clean. However they are quite heavy especially the dinner plates, this is starting to be a problem for me because of weakness in my wrists. For most people the weight is probably a positive.

It's a really lovely set. But personally I do find the dinner plates quite heavy. I do have a weakness in my wrists, which makes it worse for me. Just wanting to make others aware that they are heavy.
